FAITH's Trip To Benxi

With the original intention of "uniting people and creating a better future", the FAITH team set foot on the magical land of Benxi. Its unique natural endowment and cultural charm have built a team melting pot for us beyond the norm. From the moment we set foot on the Benxi Grand Canyon, we started a wonderful journey of discovering each other and reshaping the team.

We carefully constructed a "three-in-one" deep experience matrix:
Canyon Journey - Cultivate trust and courage on the thousand-meter cliffs
Intangible Cultural Heritage Workshop - Feel inheritance and innovation in the Manchu courtyard
Hot Spring Dialogue - Promote understanding and consensus through the mist
Special food experience has become the key to cultural decoding: the richness of mutton soup symbolizes the company's heritage, the toughness of pancakes implies team spirit, and the delicacy of bean curd skin reflects the service concept

This journey achieved a triple cognitive leap:
• Understanding the wisdom of change from industrial heritage sites
• Tempering the true meaning of collaboration in natural challenges
• Understanding the coexistence of differences through folk culture
Each member has completed the upgrade of consciousness from "I" to "we", and the team cohesion has quietly sublimated under the nourishment of mountains, rivers and humanities.

From journey to journey
When the return train started, it took away not only beautiful memories, but also a heavy team contract. The seeds sown in this Benxi trip will surely bloom in future work. We agreed: to sharpen their ambitions with the dangers of the canyon, to moisten their hearts with the warmth of the hot springs, to strengthen their roots with the culture, and to jointly write a new chapter in the development of FAITH. This is not only a successful conclusion of a team building activity, but also a wonderful beginning of a new team legend.
